Merry Christmas to all!🎄

Our Christmas tradition continues with the annual dressing of the Kambah Village sheep. So all that remains is to wish you all Season’s Greetings and here’s to 2019!

Merry Christmas! 🎄

It is never Christmas for us without the annual photo of the Christmas Sheep. This year, for the very first time we saw Santa’s elves out decorating the sheep.

We also went on our own trip to be with family in Adelaide during the holidays. On Christmas Eve we joined hundreds of other families for Carols on the Oval, where, apart from singing carols and seeing real camels (without the three wise men), other miraculous sitings occurred.

So Merry Christmas to you all and our best wishes for the new year!

Here come the sheep!

If you have followed this blog for any length of time you may know that the highlight of the Christmas period is the ‘decorating of the sheep’. I am of course referring to Matthew Harding’s sculptured metal sheep that are located at the Kambah Village shopping centre.

Here are this year’s decorations revealed! A new approach with interesting attention to detail.

and finally, the traditional ‘more tinsel than you can poke a stick at’ approach.

Anyone for tinsel?

Thank you for swinging by through 2015.

Merry Christmas

The Christmas Sheep!

At last, it’s never really Christmas here until we see the sheep at the shopping centre all decorated up!

The Christmas sheep strike again!

Surprising as it may seem, this year the sheep decoration appears to be more subdued.
